Skilled Nursing Facility Visitation Protocols Update (7/15/2021)

Updated Visitation Guidelines:
New York State Department of Health recently announced the expiration of the Public Health Emergency related to COVID-19.
If you wish to visit your loved one, we are encouraging you to please call ahead (preferably 24 hours in advance) and appointments will be made through our Recreation department. You may contact our Recreation department at 914-277-3626 ext. 219 to schedule your appointment.
If vaccinated, please bring proof of vaccination with you for your visit.
All visitors must wear a face mask or face covering which covers both the nose and mouth at all times while on premises.

Visitors under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Visitors will be screened for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 prior to visitation with resident.
In the event of a suspension of visitation, the facility will notify the residents and/or resident representative within 24 hours of visitation suspension.
