JUNE 2026, ALBANY, NY — Mark Halliday, Director of Engineering for Waterview Hills Rehabilitation & Nursing Center and Salem Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Purdys, NY, has been named the 2026 Manager of the Year by the New York State Health Facilities Association | New York State Center for Assisted Living (NYSHFA | NYSCAL).
The award was presented on June 3, 2026, during the NYSHFA | NYSCAL Awards Luncheon at the Association’s Annual Conference in Albany.
With more than three decades of dedicated service, Halliday is recognized for his exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and unwavering commitment to maintaining safe, compliant, and well-maintained healthcare environments.
